The building contains approximately 115,000 square feet of rentable area and a modern multi-level parking garage providing 750 parking spaces. The ground floor of the garage is enclosed office space and the sub-ground floor is office/warehouse space. Summit Properties, managed by the Franklin L. Haney Company, is 100% leased to TVA.
Completed in 1978, the building was financed by bond issues totaling $6,600,000.
