Tennessee Haney Building – Chattanooga, Tennessee
The Haney Building in downtown Chattanooga was completed in 1970 and contained 103,000 net rentable square feet. The building was updated and energy retrofitted in 1980 and was leased to the Tennessee Valley Authority.
