Summit Office Tower – Knoxville, Tennessee
The Summit Office Tower, which is part of the Tennessee Valley Authority (“TVA”) headquarters complex, is a 12-story office building in downtown Knoxville. The building is adjacent to the Summit Properties Office Building and Parking Garage in the central business district.
This modern building, managed by Franklin L. Haney Company, contains approximately 228,000 square feet and is 100% leased to TVA.
Completed in 1983, the building was financed with $10,000,000 of tax-exempt bonds and $3,100,000 Urban Development Action Grant.
