The Building has approximately 221,000 square feet. The parking garage provides 4000 parking spaces.
The building, managed by Franklin L. Haney Company, is leased to multiple tenants including the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Commerce Union Bank, Club Corporation of America and KMG Main Hurdman. The remaining 15,000 square feet in the building are leased by small tenants including law firms, doctors’ offices, etc.
Completed in 1975 at a cost of $9,950,000 the permanent financing was provided by New York Life Insurance Company.
