The First Tennessee Computer Building is a 4-story office building located in Chattanooga.
The building, managed by the Franklin L. Haney Company, contains approximately 50,000 square feet and is 70% leased to First Tennessee Bank with E. F. Hutton and TVA leasing the remainder of the space.
Completed in 1976, the building cost $1,500,000. Permanent financing was provided by New York Life Insurance Company.
