Tennessee Valley Authority Computer Center – Chattanooga, Tennessee
The Computer Center, a 5-story facility near the heart of downtown Chattanooga, houses various computer equipment and provides office space for approximately 400 employees. The building contains 148,770 square feet and is leased long-term to the Tennessee Valley Authority, an instrumentality of the U.S. Government.
Completed in 1982, the building was built for the Franklin L. Haney Company at a cost of approximately $20,000,00 with permanent financing being provided by First Boston Corporation.
