City-County Building – Palm Beach, Florida
In 1981 Franklin L. Haney developed the 21-story building in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida which houses Palm Beach County Government offices. The building is located adjacent to and east of the existing County Courthouse. It contains approximately 296,000 square feet and has a 6-story wing as well as a 5-story parking garage with a capacity of more than 650 cars.
Completed in 1983, the complex cost approximately $27,000,000 and was financed by tax-exempt bonds.
